How The Classes Work

Gift yourself with this Saturday Spring Retreat, combining Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Energy work and sound healing.

This three-week Saturday retreat series will celebrate the potential of women and work to release fears, doubt and negative patterns holding us back from happiness, joy and success that is our birthright as women.

During challenging periods like lock-down,  many women can fall into insecurity and self-doubt which can lead to both subtle and not-so subtle forms of self-negating behavior.

The challenge in the current global situation can also assist the process of going within, connecting us our true inner power, to let go of what no longer aligns with the woman we truly are and our potential to live our best lives.

This 3-week morning retreat, will focus on

  • Releasing self-doubt and building self-esteem and self-confidence
  • Recognizing and overcoming self-sabotaging behavior
  • Clearing the blocks to self-love
  • Creating space for self-care and nurturing

The program will also provide practical tools and practices which can easily be integrated into your daily life.

  • How to create a daily meditation practice
  • How to experience and express gratitude
  • Owning and expressing your truth

using the tools of Kundalini Yoga, Theta Healing, Sound Healing and Meditation.

Emma Lyons

“I suffer from asthma and smoke a few – too many – cigarettes every day. ‘Tobacco is my first love’ I say with my addict’s black humour. Giving it up was easy – I’d done it loads of times. I came out of my first class and I could feel a tangible shift in the quality of my breathing. Every time I sparked up a cigarette or a spliff I noticed I was making a choice. I noticed that I was taking that choice less often now. As I walked I enjoyed the sensation of clearly breathing instead of the spluttering compromise my breath had been. I was spitting and spluttering less. Next I was smoking less. No doubt about it, kundalini yoga was reaching parts of my body that other forms of yoga hadn’t.”

“In the hectic of a busy London life, Emma’s yoga lessons were an island of tranquility for me every week. The atmosphere was always warm and welcoming and the yoga was intense and touching. Emma’s beautiful voice, added further sweetness to the classes. My calmness and the smile on my face after the classes inspired by housemate to join me and experience for herself what happy drugs I had been taking”.
